Ottawa Tents Rental Policy
To reserve a tent, a 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required.
The balance must be paid in full, one week prior to set-up date.
Additional costs can be charged by Labelle Tents after the set-up
for reasons such as:
- waiting for the client,
- tent ordered does not fit installation area,
- objects and/or items obstructing the installation area (e.g.,
trees, deck, misc.),
- water available to fill the barrels,
- long distance and/or difficult access from truck to tent
installation area,
- unable to peg, for any reason,
- engineer’s inspection required.
Any permits required is the responsibility of the client.
Labelle Tents can’t be held responsible for damaged trees, flowers,
grass, asphalt, etc, on the property.
All the tents are normally installed with pegs. We need to have at
least 40 inches of soil before bed rock. If for any reason we can’t
use pegs, the client must inform Labelle Tents at the reservation of
the tent. Water barrels or cement blocks can be used at an
additional cost.
Labelle Tents can’t be held responsible for damages caused by water,
moisture, dampness, etc.
Do not use any adhesive material (Duck Tape) on the tent tops or
wall. When using a cooking devise (BBQ, fryers, etc), make sure it’s
not under the tent and not to close to the tent. Client will be
responsible for additional cleaning fees.
Labelle Tents is not responsible for any damages to underground
services (e.g., gas, water, hydro, telephone, etc.). We strongly
suggest that all wires and pipes be located and Labelle Tents
informed of wire/pipe locations before installation.
Damaged or stolen equipment will be charged to the client

at the new replacement cost. Client is responsible for all the
equipment from the delivery to the pick-up time.
